Abstract:With the continuous development of the city, the reconstruction of municipal roads has become an important part in the process of promoting the construction of rail transit. During the construction, the issues such as road closures, lane occupation by barriers, and quality of temporary roads affect the smoothness of urban traffic. The current status and the existing problems of road reconstruction management in the process of rail transit construction are analyzed. The optimization and countermeasures are proposed including advanced planning, improving road quality, introducing intelligent management tools, and enhancing departmental coordination. Through the case analysis, the implementation effects of optimization schemes are shown to provide the reference for the construction of rail transit in the future.
