    摘要:

    针对郑州新区污水处理厂一期工程存在的细格栅过滤效率低、曝气沉砂池吸砂泵故障率高及砂水分离效果差等问题,以二期工程为研究对象,实施针对性设计优化。优化内容包括:(1)采用内进流网板细格栅替代转鼓式细格栅,以提升纤维类杂物截留能力;(2)增设溢流超越渠以应对高压冲洗水断供风险;(3)选用干式吸砂泵降低磨损,优化分砂池水力停留时间至5.5 min,并配置变频螺旋输送机提升分砂效率。结果显示:二期细格栅年均栅渣产量达0.219 m3/万m3污水,较一期提高2.5倍,生物反应池浮渣问题基本消除;吸砂泵检修频率由每月1次降至每3个月1次,砂粒分离效率提升57%。优化措施显著提升了预处理单元的运行稳定性和处理效能。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of low filtration efficiency in fine screens, high failure rates of sand pumps in the aerated grit chamber, and poor grit-water separation existing in the Zhengzhou New District Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase I Project, taking the Phase II Project as the research object, the targeted design optimizations are implemented. The optimized contents include (1) replacing the drum-type fine screens with inward-flow panel fine screens to enhance the retention capacity of fibrous debris; (2) installing the overflow bypass channels to deal with the risk of high-pressure flushing water supply interruption; (3) adopting the dry-type sand pumps to reduce the mechanical wear, optimizing the hydraulic retention time of the grit separation chamber to 5.5 minutes, and deploying the variable-frequency screw conveyors to improve the grit separation efficiency. The results show that the average annual output of screen residue from the fine screens of the Phase II Project reaches 0.219 m3/104 m3 of sewage, which is 2.5 times higher than that of the Phase I Project, and the problem of scum in the biological reaction tank has been basically eliminated. The maintenance frequency of sand pumps has been reduced from once a month to once every three months. The efficiency of sand particle separation has been increased by 57%. The optimization measures have significantly enhanced the operational stability and treatment efficiency of the pretreatment units
