    摘要:

    城市快速路是缓解城市交通压力的关键基础设施,越东路快速路在绍兴市的“六横八纵”智慧快速路交通网络中占据着举足轻重的地位。其不仅是市区与高速公路网连接的重要通道,也是推动城市南北发展的重要支撑,立交及匝道的合理布置对于其最大化发挥交通效益至关重要。在既有规范要求的基础上,提出立交及匝道布置应综合考虑规划、路网协调、间距、设置位置及形式,并以绍兴市越东路智慧快速路工程为例,从交通功能、路网结构、工程建设条件等方面进行全面论证,形成了合理的匝道布置方案。

    Abstract:

    Urban expressways are the crucial infrastructure for easing the urban traffic pressure. Yuedong Road Expressway occupies a pivotal position in the “six-horizontal eight-vertical” intelligent expressway transportation network of Shaoxing City, which is not only an important channel connecting the urban area and the expressway network, but also a vital support for promoting the north-south development of the city. The rational layout of interchanges and ramps is essential for maximizing the traffic benefits. On the basis of existing regulatory requirements, it is proposed that the layout of interchanges and ramps should comprehensively consider the planning, road network coordination, spacing, location and form. Taking the Shaoxing Yuedong Road Smart Expressway Project as an example, a comprehensive argument is conducted from the aspects of traffic function, road network structure, engineering construction conditions and so on to form a reasonable ramp layout scheme.
