    摘要:

    乌江特大桥为计算跨径475 m的上承式钢管混凝土拱桥,采用缆索吊装+斜拉扣挂的施工工艺,扣挂系统利用引桥桩基承台作为锚索锚碇,巧妙地实现了永临结合。提出了一种承台锚碇水平承载力和穿墩索道管精准放样坐标的计算方法,并基于该方法详细论述了永临结合桩基承台锚碇关键施工技术要点。结果表明,在山区大跨径钢管拱桥悬臂拼装施工中,采用引桥桩基承台作为锚索锚碇,不仅结构上安全可靠,而且相比单独建造锚碇,大大节约了施工成本,缩短了施工工期,可为同类似工程提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The Wujiang Grand Bridge is a deck concrete filled steel tube arch bridge with the calculated span of 475 m. The construction technology of cable hoisting and cable-stayed buckling is adopted. By utilizing the base slab of pile foundation of approach bridge as the anchorage of anchor cable, the permanent and temporary combination is cleverly realized by the buckling system. A calculation method for the horizontal load-bearing capacity of the base slab anchorage and the precise positioning coordinates for the cableway through the pier is proposed. Based on this method,the key construction technical essentials for base slab anchorage of the permanent and temporary combined pile foundation are discussed in detail. The results demonstrate that in the cantilever assemble construction of long-span concrete filled steel tube arch bridge in the mountainous area, the use of base slab of pile foundation of approach bridge as the anchorage of anchor cable is safe and reliable for the structures, and compared with the single construction of anchorage, it will greatly save the construction cost and shorten the construction period, which can provide the reference for the similar projects.
