    摘要:

    随着经济社会持续发展,城市的开发建设力度较大,沿江城镇圩区的涝水收集及外排能力已不能满足经济社会发展要求。为结合城市发展建设合理规划和完善城镇圩区水系布局,以南京市浦口区团结圩为例,通过构建MIKE11河网水动力学模型,并利用该模型计算在不同降雨频率情况下圩区的河道水位及流量,试算分析圩内的规划河道整治规模和泵站规模,给出了规划建议的圩区排涝调度方案。在能适应经济发展新形势和满足治水新要求的基础上,对圩内水系进行了系统和完善的布局安排与规划,可为沿江城镇圩区水系规划提供参考和经验。

    Abstract:

    With the continuous development of economy and society, the development and construction of cities is relatively strong. The capacity of flood water collection and drainage in town polder areas along the river cannot meet the requirements of economic and social development. In order to reasonably plan and improve the water system layout of town polder areas in combination with urban development and construction, taking Tuanjiewei in Pukou District, Nanjing as an example, by establishing the MIKE11 hydrodynamics model for river network, the model is used to calculate the water level and discharge of rivers in the polder area under different rainfall frequencies. The trial analysis of the planned river regulation scales and pumping station scales is made to give the waterlogging drainage dispatching scheme of the polder area. On the basis of adapting to the new situation of economic development and meeting the new requirement of water control, the water system in the polder area is systematically and perfectly arranged and planned, which can provide reference and experience for the water system planning of town polder areas along the river.
