    摘要:

    我国桥梁倡导“以人为本”和“绿色环保”的建设理念,为实现提高工程质量、加快建设速度、提升经济效益等目的,桥梁建设中预制拼装技术的应用日渐普遍,常规的施工管理手段已经无法适应当前不断提速的建设方式。分析预制拼装桥梁分析设计、加工、仓储、运输、施工及运维等多阶段的特点,结合BIM技术,挖掘数字化管理价值,提出了桥梁预制拼装从生产到竣工全过程需要深度融合BIM技术和物联网技术的施工管理建议,从而将桥梁“智能建造”进一步推向“智慧建造”。

    Abstract:

    In China, the construction concept of "people-oriented" and "green environmental protection" for bridges is advocated. In order to improve the engineering quality, accelerate the construction speed and enhance the economic benefits, the application of prefabricated assembly technology in bridge construction is becoming increasingly common. The conventional construction management methods have been unable to adapt to the current construction mode of increasing speed. The multi-stage characteristics of prefabricated bridge in the analysis, design, processing, warehousing, transportation, construction, operation and maintenance are analyzed. Combined with BIM technology, the value of digital management is explored, and it is suggested that BIM technology and Internet of Things technology should be deeply integrated in the whole process of bridge prefabrication from production to completion. Thus, the intelligent construction of bridge will be further promoted to the wisdom construction.
