    摘要:

    为防治寒区隧道中心排水管冻害问题,兰州市某隧道应用了以竹缠绕复合管为中心排水管的新型排水方式。通过现场监测的手段,对隧道施工现场进行了长期的温度监测,并分析了试验监测结果,以验证竹缠绕管作为中心排水管的保温效果。结果显示:受持续低温影响,隧道在1、2月份的最大冻深达到了90~100 cm范围,而竹缠绕管埋置深度在120 cm左右,故未发生冻害。分析结果表明,竹缠绕复合管具有良好的保温性能,可为寒区隧道中心排水管优化设计提供新的方向。

    Abstract:

    In order to prevent the freezing damage of central drainage pipe in the tunnel in cold regions, a new drainage method with bamboo winding composite pipe as the central drainage pipe is applied in a tunnel in Lanzhou City. Through the on-site monitoring means, the temperature of the tunnel construction site is monitored for a long time, and the test monitoring results are analyzed to verify the thermal insulation effect of bamboo winding pipe as the central drainage pipe. The results show that the maximum freezing depth of the tunnel in January and February even reaches 90 ~ 100 cm under the influence of continuous low temperature. The buried depth of the bamboo winding pipe is about 120 cm, so there is no freezing damage, which shows that the bamboo winding composite pipe has good thermal insulation performance and can provide a new direction for the optimization design of the central drainage pipe of tunnel in cold regions.
