Abstract:Aiming at the problem of the new type of socket-type segments without the effective inspection standards of the finished products, combined with the newly built project of the shield tunnel of Nanjing Jiangxinzhou sewage collection system crossing the section of Jiajiang River, the finished product acceptance standard and quality control system for the new type of socket-type segments are studied and established. With the improvement of engineering construction standards, the inspection demand for the new socket-type segments is becoming increasingly prominent. Therefore, it is particularly important to establish a scientific and systematic inspection system. Focusing on the inspection of finished products of socket-type segments, this link is the key to ensure the production quality of products. The research content mainly includes the formulation of the appearance size and mechanical properties of the connectors, and at the same time, the acceptance standards for inspecting the appearance quality, dimensional accuracy and strength performance of the socket-type segment are established. Through a rigorous on-site acceptance process, each pipe segment is ensured to meet the standard requirements, and then ensuring the smooth progress of the engineering project. The research results show that this acceptance standard and quality control system can significantly improve the quality level of segment and its connectors, ensuring the reliable quality of materials used in the project. Therefore, the effective guidance is provided for the inspection of new socket-type segments and is of great significance for improving the construction quality of similar projects.
