    摘要:

    市政给排水管道工程通常位于城市中心或城市周边区域,由于土层、地质、传统施工方式等因素对周边道路环境影响较大,而采用非开挖的顶管技术能够更直观、有效地选择最佳的方案,降低因道路沉降给周边环境造成的不利影响。以上海南桥污水泵站进站管道迁建工程为背景,通过ABAQUS有限元软件建立三维模型,开展了非开挖顶管法施工的不同工况、土体类别和顶管管径对土层沉降规律的模拟及可视化分析,提出合理的顶管施工方案,减少道路不均匀沉降的影响,为顶管技术在上海市奉贤区市政给排水工程的推广应用奠定基础。

    Abstract:

    Municipal water supply and drainage pipeline engineering is usually located in the city center or surrounding areas. The factors of soil layer, geology and traditional construction method have the large impact on the surrounding road environment. The use of trenchless pipe jacking technology can more intuitively and effectively select the best scheme to solve the adverse impact of road settlement on the surrounding environment. Taking the relocation project of the inlet pipeline of Shanghai Nanqiao Sewage Pumping Station as the background, a three-dimensional model is established through ABAQUS finite element software to simulate and visually analyze the settlement law of soil layer under the different working conditions, soil types and jacking pipe diameter of the trenchless pipe-jacking construction. The reasonable pipe-jacking construction measures are proposed to decrease the influence on the differential road settlement, which lays the foundation for the promotion and application of pipe-jacking technology in the municipal water supply and drainage engineering in Fengxian District, Shanghai.
