    摘要:

    针对山地丘陵城市内涝频发现象,以东南某山地丘陵城市为例,在区域内涝风险评估和排水防涝现状分析的基础上,基于洪涝统筹的思路,从江洪防御、山洪导排、源头减排、管网排放、蓄排并举、日常运维管理和超标应急系统的角度,构建流域防洪、内涝防治和超标应急的排水防涝体系。模拟结果表明,该方案实施后,可有效消除区域积水,降低内涝风险。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the frequent phenomenon of waterlogging in mountainous and hilly cities, taking a mountainous and hilly city in the southeast as an example, on the basis of evaluating the waterlogging risk and analyzing the current drainage and waterlogging prevention in the areas, based on the thinking of overall planning for flooding and waterlogging, the drainage and waterlogging prevention system of flooding control, waterlogging prevention and exceeding standard emergency in the basin is built from the perspective of river flooding prevention, mountain torrents drainage, source emission reduction, pipe network discharge, combination of storage and discharge, daily operation and maintenance management, exceeding standard emergency system. The simulation results show that the scheme can effectively eliminate the regional waterlogging and reduce the waterlogging risk after implemented.
