    摘要:

    自21世纪初以来,我国已建成多座大型钢塔桥梁,其制作工艺及相关设备的研发及应用已日趋成熟。随着社会经济的发展,因钢塔具有景观效果良好、现场施工干扰小、工厂化制作等优点,在城市中小跨径桥梁建设中也得到了大量应用。以武汉光谷高新大道桥施工为背景,介绍该项目钢塔结构形式和结构特点,分析钢塔的制作难点,针对外壁板制作、钢塔节段制作、钢塔与横梁段固结、节段整体预拼装等关键技术进行了分析研究,解决了钢塔线形、节段匹配等精度控制难题,有效保证了钢塔的制造和安装质量。

    Abstract:

    Since the early twenty-first century, many large bridge pylons have been built in China. The manufacturing technologies of bridge pylon, and the research, development and application of the related equipment are becoming more mature. With the development of society and economy, the steel pylon is also more and more used in the construction of urban small and middle-span bridges because of its good landscape effect, small in-situ construction disturbance, factory-like manufacture and other advantages. Taking the construction of Wuhan Optics Valley High-tech Bridge as the background, the structural form and characteristics of steel pylon in the project are introduced, and the difficulties in the production of steel pylon are analyzed. The key technologies such as the manufacture of outer wall plate, the manufacture of steel pylon segment, the consolidation of steel pylon and beam section, and the overall pre-assembly of segments are analyzed and studied to solve the difficulties in the accuracy control of steel pylon alignment and segment matching, which effectively ensure the manufacture and installation qualities of steel pylon, and also have certain reference significance for the manufacture of similar steel pylons.
