Abstract:Taking a seven-span bridge of the Qinhuanghe National Wetland Ecological Improvement Project as an example, a new idea of beam-arch composite structure is proposed. The arch is a continuous beam pier and the support is set at the vault, which is called as the arch-pier continuous girder. This structure can perfectly realize the landscape effect of the continuous arch bridge, the beam and arch are separated, and the force is clear. This structure is convenient for construction, which is a reasonable and usable new type of beam-arch combination system. The structural design and construction details of this bridge are summarized. The calculation model is established to analyze three beam-arch composite schemes, and finally, the new beam-arch composite scheme is determined, which provides the technical reference for the design of landscape continuous arch bridges.
