    摘要:

    BIM技术在交通基础设施行业的应用越来越广泛,但是产生的显性价值有限,发挥的作用与行业期望、政府政策导向不匹配。针对此问题,通过对以往BIM技术应用和全过程BIM咨询项目案例的分析思考,梳理了交通基础设施在设计、施工、运维全生命期BIM技术应用体系,并介绍了BIM标准、数据传递、平台关系等全生命期BIM技术应用关键因素,力求总结出在工程全生命期BIM可以发挥的作用和显性价值。

    Abstract:

    BIM technology is increasingly widely used in the transportation infrastructure industry, but its explicit value is limited, and its role played does not match with the industry expectations and government policy guidance. Aiming at these problems, the BIM technology application system in the whole life cycle of transportation infrastructure design, construction, operation and maintenance is sorted out through the analysis and thinking about the former BIM technology application and the full-process BIM consulting projects. And the key factors of BIM technology application in the whole life cycle such as BIM standard, data transfer and platform relationship are introduced to try to sum up the role and explicit value that BIM can play in the whole life cycle of the project.
