    摘要:

    污泥协同处理处置技术可发挥协同效益、降低成本、节约原生资源、有效减少碳排放,具有显著经济效益和应用潜力。该研究聚焦国内外污泥协同处理处置技术的相关法规标准和技术应用情况,首先梳理了国内各技术的政策导向和标准要求,分析了典型工程应用和一般工艺特征;接着以德国和日本为例,调研了不同国情下与污泥处理处置相关的法律法规,以及在此背景下各国污泥协同处理处置技术的行业现状与发展趋势;最后基于国内外污泥协同处理处置现状,总结了污泥协同处理处置行业的发展趋势和建议,为其推广应用提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The sludge collaborative treatment and disposal technology can take advantage of synergy, reduce costs, save original resources, effectively reduce carbon emissions, and has the significant economic benefits and application potential. Focusing on the relevant regulations, standards and application status of sludge collaborative treatment and disposal technology at home and abroad, the policy orientation and standard requirements of domestic technologies are sorted out, and the typical engineering application and the general technological features are analyzed. Then, taking Germany and Japan as the examples, the laws and regulations related to the sludge treatment and disposal under the different national conditions are investigated as well as the current status and development trend of sludge collaborative treatment and disposal technology in these countries. Finally, based on the current status of sludge collaborative treatment and disposal at home and abroad, the development trend and suggestions of this industry are summarized to provide the reference for its popularization and application.
