Abstract:The concise transmission path of structural geometry helps to improve the structural efficiency. A smooth geometric shape can reduce the stress concentration caused by sudden changes in the shape, which is also applicable to steel structural bridges. The controlling stress at an ideal level can reduce the bridge diseases. As a landscape bridge, Fulong Bridge fully considers the landscape, and the designs of structural system and key structures are studied, analyzed and optimized. By the refined calculation and comparative analysis, the structural force transmission path is reliable and the stress is reasonable. The local structures are optimized, designed and innovated in detail. The structural system making the landscape and the structural stress harmonized and unified is found, and the optimal local structure is given. The reasonable overall and local stresses are the first step to ensure the durability of bridges during the normal use.
