Abstract:The vehicle-road collaborative technology is continuously maturing, and the development of smart cities is constantly progressing. Therefore, it is particularly important to study and construct the smart roads. The demand of smart roads is studied and analyzed. Two typical application scenarios of smart intersections and holographic road sections are clarified. By building a road digital infrastructure, a method for accurately perceiving the safety risk of roads under multi-direction stereoscopic monitoring and multi-factor dynamic coupling is studied to realize the cognition, motion state and collaborative perception of traffic participants in microcosmic scenes, and then support the vehicle-road collaboration through the edge computing elements, which provides the technical conditions for the construction of smart roads facing the vehicle-road collaborative scenes.
