    摘要:

    随着城市化进程的推进,城市管理由“粗放式”向“精细化”转变。城市重大市政设施是保障城市运行安全的重要因素,市政设施数字化转型不仅是城市精细化管理的需要,也是促进城市治理现代化的重要依托。结合超大城市中城市重大市政设施智能化管理平台的建设经验,梳理城市道路及其设施、地下管线、垃圾处理设施、污水处理设施、应急消防设施等5类城市重大市政设施的分类,构建以管理部件、管理事件和传感器为核心的城市重大市政设施信息编码体系,保障城市重大市政设施感知数据采集的规范化,推动城市重大市政设施的“一网统管”。

    Abstract:

    With the advancement of urbanization, the urban management is shifted from "extensive" to "refined". The major municipal facilities in city are the important factor to ensure the safety of city operation. The digital transformation of municipal facilities is not only the need of urban refined management, but also an important support to promote the modernization of urban governance. Combined with the construction experience of intelligent management platform for major municipal facilities in mega cities, five types of major municipal facilities in city such as urban road and its facilities, underground pipelines, garbage treatment facilities, sewage treatment facilities and emergency fire protection facilities are classified and sorted out. The information coding system of the major municipal facilities in city with management components, management events and sensors as the core is built to ensure the standardization of perception data collection for major municipal facilities in city, and promote "one-network unified management" of major municipal facilities in city.
