Taking Zaoyang City as a research object, the current situation and the existing problems of road traffic and intelligent traffic construction in Zaoyang are analyzed. The traffic characteristics and traffic management demands of such urban roads are further analyzed. The specific construction scheme of intelligent traffic management system is proposed from three aspects of command center, platform and front-end system.
