    摘要:

    城市排水管网的施工主要有两种:明敷施工和非开挖施工。非开挖施工主要包括水平定向钻工艺、顶管工艺和拉顶管工艺。现有规范的顶进阻力计算中未考虑管道自重产生的摩阻力且迎面挤土压力的计算多依靠经验。结合潮州市枫江深坑国考断面达标攻坚工程(潮州段)一期工程实际,介绍拉顶管工艺施工步骤及施工特点,对规范给出的顶进阻力计算公式进行优化,从而得出设备所需最小顶推力及机头回拉力,为合理选择拉顶管设备提供依据。对不同铺管工法进行比较,为类似工程施工提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    There are two main types of construction for urban drainage networks, which are open laying construction and trenchless construction. The trenchless construction mainly includes the horizontal directional drilling technology, pipe jacking technology and pulling pipe-jacking technology. The calculation of jacking resistance in existing specifications does not take into account the frictional resistance generated by the self-weight of the pipeline, and the calculation of oncoming earth pressure mostly relies on experience. Combined with the practice of Chaozhou City FEngjiang Deep Pit Guokao Section Up-to-standard Project (Chaozhou Section) Phase I Project, the construction steps and characteristics of the pulling pipe-jacking technology are introduced, the calculation formula of jacking resistance given in the specification is optimized so as to obtain the minimum jacking force and head pulling force required for the equipment, which provides the basis for the reasonable selection of pulling pipe-jacking equipment. The different pipe laying methods are compared to provide the reference for the construction of similar projects.
