Ubungo Interchange is the first multi-deck and multi-span interchange project in Tanzania, which is an important "Belt and Road" infrastructure construction project participated by Chinese enterprises. There are great differences between the overseas project and the domestic projects in the standard system and construction conditions. The project overview, construction characteristics, main technical standards, overall scheme and design experience of the project are summarized so as to facilitate the reference and application of subsequent similar engineering projects.
