Abstract:By comparing the foaming properties of four types of foaming agents under the different dilution ratios, the polymer plant protein agent with dilution ratio of 30 is optimized as the mother foaming solution. The sodium dodecyl sulfate, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and sodium tripolyphosphate are moderately added respectively to carry out the compound modification for the study and analysis of the foaming properties. The results show that the foam prepared with 0.6% sodium tripolyphosphonic modified foaming mother liquor has the fine and glossy surface, good stability and high fluidity. The foaming ratio is 55.31, the settlement distance is 7.6 mm, the water secretion is 11.6 ml, and the subsidence distance of foamed concrete slurry is 1.2 mm after 48 h.
