    江苏某乡镇污水处理厂处理规模由5 000 m3/d提高到2万m3/d,出水水质主要针对TN和NH3-N由《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准提高到《太湖地区城镇污水处理厂及重点工业行业主要水污染物排放限值》(DB32/1072—2018)太湖地区其他地区排放限值。由于用地限制、脱氮标准提高及扩建,生化段新建和改造采用多模式AAO工艺,并将现状三沟氧化沟改造为AAO,实现扩容目标;深度处理段采用混合、波形板絮凝、侧向流斜板沉淀池、纤维转盘滤池,实现TP和SS达标。该工艺土地利用率高、运行稳定、处理成本低、运行管理简单,适合用于乡镇级别污水处理厂。

    Abstract:

    The treatment scale of a township wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) in Jiangsu is improved from 5 000 m3/d to 20 000 m3/d, and the effluent quality is improved from the first level A standard of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants (GB 18918—2002) to Discharge Limits for Main Water Pollutants from Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant and Key Industries in Taihu Area (DB 32/1072—2018) and other areas of Taihu area mainly for TN and NH3-N. Due to the land restriction, improvement of nitrogen removal standards, and scale expansion, the multimode AAO process is adopted for the new construction and reconstruction of the biochemical section, and the current three-ditch oxidation ditch is reconstructed to AAO so as to achieve the expansion target. In the advanced treatment section, the mixing, corrugated plate flocculation, lateral flow inclined-plate sedimentation tank and fiber turntable filter are adopted to achieve TP and SS up to standards. This process has the advantages of high land utilization, stable operation, low treatment cost and simple operation management, and is suitable for township WWTPs.
