In order to enhance the specific connotation of new city in Nanjing, the overall planning for the modernization of municipal facilities is carried out. Relying on the reconstruction project of Huimin Avenue and combined with the reconstruction of roads and tunnels, the construction of utility tunnel is implemented simultaneously. The main structures and plane routes of utility tunnel and tunnel, and the section selection essentials of utility tunnel are specially analyzed, which provides a reference for the co-construction of similar road reconstruction projects and utility tunnels.
