    摘要:

    利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件围绕刀具切削玻璃纤维筋展开仿真模拟,分析切削速度、切削深度、切削角度和刀具弧度对刀具切削力的影响。研究表明:刀具切削力和波动性随着切削深度的增加而增加,建议采用截齿切削玻璃纤维筋深度不超过4 mm;刀具切削力随着切削速度的增加变化不明显;当切削角度小于70°时,切削力的波动程度(标准差)显著变大,建议切削角度不要小于70°;考虑刀具使用寿命,刀尖弧度建议不要低于2 mm。

    Abstract:

    ABAQUS finite element software is used to simulate the cutter to cut the glass fiber bar. The influences of cutting speed, cutting depth, cutting angle and cutter arc on the cutting force of cutter are analyzed. The study shows that the cutting force and volatility of the cutter increase with the increase of cutting depth. It is recommended that the cutting depth of glass fiber bar should not exceed 4 mm with the cutting pick. The cutting force of cutter does not change significantly with the increase of cutting speed. The fluctuation degree (standard deviation) of the cutting force becomes significantly larger when the cutting angle is less than 70°. It is recommended that the cutting angle should not be less than 70°. Considering the service life of the cutter, the tip arc is recommended not to be less than 2 mm.
