Abstract:The hoisting construction is one of the main construction methods in the construction of steel plate composite girder bridge. Its construction process mainly includes three stages of steel beam lifting, steel beam splicing erection and bridge deck construction. In order to ensure that the bearing capacity, stability and structural anti-overturning performance of the steel plate composite girder bridge with the hoisting construction meet the requirements under the condition of short-term stress during the construction process, the stress characteristics of steel beams under the different construction stages and the possible load effects are analyzed, and the risk sources of steel beam construction and the key points of construction safety analysis in each construction stage are discussed, which can provide the guidance for safety construction process analysis and preventive measures of steel plate composite girder bridge.
