According to the actual experience of the project, this paper summarizes and sorts out the key points of road surface quality control, the key points of asphalt surface quality control and the key points of construction management measures in the project management process of the expansion and upgrading project of Shenzhen-Shantou Avenue, analyzes the applicability of semi-rigid grass-roots and rigid grass-roots to municipal road expansion projects, puts forward practical management, design and construction requirements for the design and construction of cement concrete grass-roots in the widened part of the pavement, and optimizes the mix ratio of water stable gravel materials. At the same time, the technical points of asphalt surface materials are summarized, and suggestions for the optimization and improvement of construction machinery and mixing stations are proposed. At the same time, from the perspective of construction management, management optimization measures are proposed, in order to provide construction management experience for the same type of project and better serve the design and construction of transportation infrastructure.
