Abstract:Taking the demolition and reconstruction project of Ma Chung Bridge as an example, combined with the actual situation of the site, through the comparison of schemes, the overall scheme of the T-type rigid bridge with hanging beams is dismantled by the zero-block cutting and hoisting method. It focuses on the key technologies for the dismantling of T girders, hanging girders and T-frame box girders by bridge erection machines, and elaborates on the schemes of block cutting, hoisting hole arrangement, and lifting and transportation. The key technology of the bridge demolition construction is safe, economical and feasible, and has certain reference significance for the demolition of some old bridges on municipal roads with limited construction conditions and high safety requirements.
