Abstract:Based on the application cases of plastic steel sheet pile in the river regulation engineering of Shanghai in recent years, the plastic steel sheet pile is compared with the other common revetments from the aspects of production, construction, draining slope protection, late maintenance and engineering cost. The result shows that the high-strength plastic steel sheet pile has the stronger tensile and bending strengths, and has the stronger shock resistance, flexibility and compressive strength. The material quality is sable, strong and durable without the corrosion, ant colony and crack. The material composition is stable, and is not affected by the climate and water quality. At the same time, the product has no toxic and harmful substances, and will never pollute the water and environment. The green environmental protection can be recycled, which can meet the national green building engineering needs. The optimization suggestion is proposed according to the characteristics of plastic steel sheet pile, which is helpful for the plastic steel sheet pile to be better applied in the future engineering.
