Land reclamation by blowing is a kind of foundation treatment method which uses the marine soft soil or silt as filling resources to change waste into profit, which can not only clean up the silt of harbor wharf and dredge channel, but also alleviate the contradiction of rapid increase of land demand in coastal areas. However, it is necessary to strengthen this soil to improve its shear strength of soil body and bearing capacity of foundation. The displacement of municipal infrastructure is controlled to meet the requirements of subsequent engineering construction. Taking Wenzhou Oujiangkou New District Phase I Municipal Project as the background, the key displacement control technique of roads in the hydraulic reclamation area is briefly analyzed.
