Abstract:Abstract:with the refinement of social division of labor and in order to reduce the operation and management costs of enterprises, construction enterprises in the construction industry subcontract the contracted engineering tasks to labor subcontractors with corresponding qualification levels and monitor their quality. For construction enterprises, labor subcontracting management mode has become an important way for large construction enterprises to complete production and operation tasks. Selecting a good labor subcontractor can not only reduce the project cost, but also transfer the risk of the general contractor to ensure the realization of the project progress, quality and safety objectives. Through the research on the current situation of labor subcontracting management and quality monitoring of project J, this paper finds that there are many problems and bottlenecks in labor subcontracting management of project J. if these problems are not resolved in time, they will directly affect the quality, progress and safety of the project and damage the reputation and interests of the enterprise. This paper puts forward relevant measures and suggestions from the aspects of subcontracting planning, contract management, subcontracting quality monitoring and cost accounting analysis to ensure the smooth completion of the overall construction task.
