    摘要:

    沉井是泵房工程常用的一种结构型式,具有投资省、工期短的优点,但因其在下沉过程中对周边环境影响较大,近年来在上海市中心城区的应用逐渐减少。本文以位于上海市虹口区的初雨提升泵房沉井工程为例,介绍在软土地区复杂环境下对周边建(构)筑物采取保护措施,科学合理组织施工,顺利下沉成功的案例,可为类似条件下沉井工程施工提供参考。

    Abstract:

    SOpen caisson is a common construction method of pump stations, which has the advantages of low investment and short construction period. However, its application in the central urban area of Shanghai has gradually decreased in recent years because of its great impact on the surrounding environment in the sinking process. This paper aims to introduce a several protective measures for the surrounding environment under complex conditions of soft soil area conducted successfully in the case of an open caisson project of the initial rainwater upgrading pumping stations located in Hongkou District of Shanghai. These scientifically and reasonably organized measures can provide reference for other open caisson construction under similar conditions.
