    摘要:

    京沪铁路昆山至陆家浜段既有铁路改建工程中,跨青阳港航道80m下承式钢桁梁采用顶推法施工。介绍了桥梁施工的关键内容、顶推施工的主系统构成,并对顶推装置系统进行了改进研究。通过将钢桁梁拼装支架与桥梁下部结构相结合形成顶推施工平台,根据长行程千斤顶的工作原理,将一体化自锚式顶推装置与滑道相结合,形成自锚式的动力系统。顶推装置将千斤顶与反力架合成整体,实现千斤顶与反力架的同步前进。改进后的顶推系统安装方便,顶推效率高,大幅减少了作业人员数量。

    [Abstract]: In the existing railway reconstruction project of Kunshan Lujiabang section of Beijing-Shanghai railway, the through steel truss beam with the span of 80m across the channel of Qingyang port is constructed by incremental launching method. The key contents of bridge construction and the main system of incremental launching are introduced, and studies the improvement of the incremental launching device system.The steel truss assembly support is combined with the bridge substructure to form the incremental launching construction platform. According to the working principle of the long-distance jack, the integrated self-anchored jacking device is combined with the slideway to form the self-anchored power system. The incremental launching device integrates the jack and the reaction frame into a whole, and the jack and the reaction frame move forward synchronously. The incremental launching system has the advantages of convenient installation, high jacking efficiency and greatly reducing the number of operators.
