    摘要:污泥燃煤电厂协同焚烧仍是今后相当长一段时间的主流工艺技术。以扬州市污泥干化协同焚烧为例,基于污泥全干化与燃煤电厂协同焚烧发电的关键技术问题诸如污泥含固率控制、掺烧条件、电厂污染物控制、干化厂污染物控制等深入剖析基础上,简要介绍工程关键工艺参数设计和技术要点分析。污泥干化厂结合燃煤电厂协同焚烧须密切关注污水、臭气、烟道受热面侵蚀和烟气处理等难题,污泥干化厂生产污水和臭气污染物控制仍是工程应用须重点关注的内容。污泥干化结合燃煤电厂协同焚烧有待结合工程实践不断提高技术水准,使之切合行业发展的循环经济碳中和的目标。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: Sewage sludge Co-incineration in coal power plants is still the mainstream technology for a long time in the future. Taking the sewage sludge co-incineration after drying in Yangzhou as an example, based on the key technical issues analysis of sewage sludge full drying and co-incineration in coal power plants for power generation, such as sludge solids content control, mixing combustion conditions, pollution control in power plants and sludge drying plants, this paper gives a brief introduction on the key process parameters and technical points analysis. The problem of sewage, odor, parts corrosion in flue-duct and flue gas treatment should be paid more attention to the project of sludge drying plants in combination with coal power plants. The control of sewage and odor pollutants in sludge drying plants should be paid more attention in such projects. It is necessary to continuously improve the technical level and implementation standard in combination with engineering pratice, so as to meet the goal of circular economy and CO2 neutrality in the development of the industry.
