In this article, the author in the Bailonggang sludge pretreatment emergency project EPC general contracting, according to the process characteristics: filter press workshop side by side 26 large-scale filter press, the daily treatment of sludge reached 330 tons / day (moisture content is less than 60%), sludge daily treatment volume in Asia first. From the preliminary test, the hoisting of the filter press and the commissioning and operation of the equipment, combined with the characteristics of sludge treatment and disposal in Shanghai and the urgency of the construction period, it is hoped to provide some reference suggestions for similar projects.
