    摘要:

    对于悬臂浇筑预应力混凝土连续梁而言,确保连续梁T构施工过程中的安全稳定是至关重要的,本文结合西宁市同仁路北延工程(56.5+95+66.5)m连续梁为例,介绍了0#块临时固结及支撑体系的设计及施工;详细计算了连续梁T构最大不平衡弯矩、竖向反力以及预埋钢筋的锚固长度;采用Midas软件建立相关的模型,对支撑体系进行受力分析验算,并对支撑体系施工步骤进行介绍,施工结果表明:该方案施工过程安全可靠,施工质量得到保障,且可重复利用,降低了施工成本,为类似工程施工提供参考。

    Abstract:

    For cantilever pouring prestressed concrete continuous beam, it is very important to ensure the safety and stability in the construction process of continuous beam T structure. Taking tongren Road north Extension project (56.5+95+66.5) M continuous beam as an example, this paper introduces the design and construction of temporary consolidation and support system of 0# block. The maximum unbalance bending moment, vertical reaction force and anchoring length of embedded steel bar are calculated in detail. Midas software is used to establish the relevant model, the force analysis of the support system checking calculation, and the support system construction steps are introduced, the construction results show that: the construction process of the scheme is safe and reliable, the construction quality is guaranteed, and can be reused, reduce the construction cost, to provide reference for similar engineering construction.
