    摘要:

    近年来,随着国家绿色、优质及创新理念的推进和发展,综合管廊的建设中预制拼装技术的占比逐年增高,它克服了现浇地下综合管廊在施工、运营方面的诸多不足。地下综合管廊及其构筑物作为地下工程,防水措施可靠一直是人们所关注的核心,而作为具有更多拼缝和接头的预制拼装管廊,其防水问题更为突出。本文通过对采用不同拼装方式的矩形、圆形、梨形等预制拼装综合管廊的防水技术进行分析和讨论,探究了模块化管廊多种拼接缝和变形缝的防水措施,重点讨论了管廊组合结构形式、防水工艺、防水材料及其防水性能,总结提出合理有效的防水成套技术,并分析其经济效益。研究成果在一定程度上改善了预制拼装管廊的防水性能,有望在模块化预制拼装管廊、地铁管片拼装等类似工程应用中推广。

    Abstract:

    In recent years, with the promotion and development of national green, high quality and innovative concept, the proportion of prefabricated assembly technology in the construction of comprehensive pipe gallery is increasing year by year, which overcomes many deficiencies in the construction and operation of the comprehensive pipe gallery under the pouring site. As an underground project, reliable waterproof measures have always been the core of people's concern, and as a prefabricated assembled pipe gallery with more joints and joints, its waterproof problem is more prominent. This article through to assemble in different mode of rectangular, circular, pear-shaped prestressed assembly comprehensive utility tunnel waterproof technology is analyzed and discussed, explores the modular pipe gallery a variety of waterproof measures of the joint and deformation, focuses on the pipe rack combination structure form, waterproof technology, waterproof material and waterproof performance, the conclusion put forward reasonable effective waterproof technology, and analyze its economic benefits. The research results can improve the waterproof performance of precast pipe gallery to a certain extent, which is expected to be popularized in similar engineering applications such as modular precast pipe gallery and subway segment assembly.
