This paper summarizes the current situation of water development in Pukou District, Nanjing, analyzes the situation faced by the water development in the 14th five year plan, and puts forward the water development ideas, overall layout, main tasks and guarantee measures during the 14th five year plan. It can be used as a reference for the preparation of water development planning in other regions.
