    摘要:

    武汉白沙洲大桥是三环线快速路的重要组成部分,也是主城南部地区重要的过江通道之一,因通行能力不足、桥梁病害等原因,已无法满足快速环线高效畅通的功能要求。借助武西高铁过江通道的建设契机,武汉在白沙洲大桥上游新建白沙洲公铁大桥,作为复线桥承担三环线快速过江功能。新桥的建设改变了基于老桥构建的交通体系,如何重塑一个更加高效的过江交通体系是一个关键而复杂的技术难题。本文根据对建设条件、功能定位、建设规模和建设标准的分析,从不同角度提出三套新的过江交通体系和对应的总体方案,并通过综合比选确定推荐方案。此外,本文重点对两岸接线重要的交通枢纽节点:鹦鹉立交和青菱立交的总体方案进行了深入论证。通过对本项目设计方案的总结分析,可为类似过江复线通道的建设提供有意义的借鉴和参考。

    Abstract:

    Wuhan Baishazhou bridge is an important part of the Third Ring Expressway and one of the important river crossing channels in the south of the main city. Due to insufficient traffic capacity, bridge diseases and other reasons, it has been unable to meet the functional requirements of high efficiency and smoothness of the fast loop line. Taking advantage of the construction opportunity of the river crossing channel of Wuxi high-speed railway, a new Baishazhou highway and railway bridge will be built at the upstream of Baishazhou bridge as a double track bridge to undertake the function of rapid river crossing of the third ring road. The construction of the new bridge has changed the traffic system based on the old bridge. How to reshape a more efficient river crossing traffic system is a key and complex technical problem. Based on the analysis of construction conditions, functional positioning, construction scale and construction standards, this paper puts forward three new river crossing traffic systems and corresponding overall schemes according to different research angles, determines the recommended schemes through comprehensive comparison, and focuses on the in-depth demonstration of the schemes of parrot interchange and Qingling interchange, which are important transportation hub nodes of cross-strait connection. The summary and analysis of the overall design scheme of the connection project of Baishazhou highway and railway bridge in this paper can provide a meaningful reference for the reconstruction of the traffic system of the river crossing double track channel of similar expressways.
