Abstract:Taking an utility tunnel crossing an underground traffic tunnel as an example, the vertical relationship and collaborative design between them are analyzed. By adjusting the cabins, height and width of the utility tunnel,make it possible for the utility tunnel cross the traffic tunnel with Cabins Transition and Co-Construction method. The impact of the utility tunnel crossing on the vertical design of the traffic tunnel is reduced as much as possible, which plays the role of intensive utilization of urban underground space resources and reducing project investment.
