长大双层隧道重点排烟系统可靠性研究

    摘要:

    双层隧道受限于盾构尺寸及周边环境条件,其通风及排烟条件不佳,如何确保工程通风消防安全是确保工程运营安全必须要解决的问题。本文通过目前已通车的国内长度最大的双层隧道工程——上海北横通道工程开展相关研究,该工程在阻塞工况下采用了重点排烟方案,特别是下层排烟风道受结构空间尺寸的制约,设置条件非常局促。为验证该重点排烟系统的可靠性,通过采用数值模拟、模型试验等手段进行了多工况的计算、分析、对比,确定了重点排烟相关设计参数,并验证了排烟效果,确保隧道火灾工况下人员疏散安全。

    Abstract:

    The double-decked tunnel is limited by the size of the shield tunneling and the surrounding environmental conditions, and its ventilation and smoke exhaust conditions are not good. How to ensure the ventilation and fire safety is a problem that must be solved to ensure the safety of the project operation.This paper carries out relevant research through the longest double-decked tunnel project —— Shanghai Beiheng Passageway, which has been opened to traffic. The project using the key smoke exhaust scheme under blocking conditions, especially the lower smoke exhaust duct is restricted by the structural space size, and the setting conditions are very cramped.In order to verify the reliability of the key smoke exhaust system, through the calculation, analysis and comparison of multiple working conditions, determined the relevant design parameters of the key smoke exhaust, and verified the smoke exhaust effect, to ensure the safety of personnel evacuation under the tunnel fire conditions.
