预应力管桩处理深厚垃圾填埋地基设计与研究

    摘要:

    垃圾土的高压缩性、低承载力、不均匀性及组分复杂等特点为深厚垃圾填埋场处治的难点问题。针对某高速公路路基穿越深厚垃圾填埋场的情况,选取处治深度大、工后沉降小、施工速度快的预应力混凝土管桩(PHC桩)技术处治垃圾填埋场地基;通过布设土压力、位移、沉降、孔隙压力等传感器的路基监测系统,对施工期及完工后的PHC桩及路基的力学行为进行全过程监测。经研究发现:针对厚度达到38.3m、有机质含量5~22%、天然容重13-17kN/m3、压缩模量0.3-5Mpa、黏聚力接近于0、桩间土承载力90-110kPa、具有腐蚀性的垃圾填埋场采用PHC桩处理后,大部分荷载由PHC桩承担,孔隙水压力在100天左右消散,路基最大沉降约80mm,填筑完成127天后路基沉降趋于稳定。由此表明PHC桩技术能显著提升深厚垃圾填埋场的地基承载力。该技术及全过程监测系统综合治理方案可为公路行业处治深厚垃圾填埋场提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The characteristics of high compressibility, low bearing capacity, heterogeneity and complex components of waste soil are the difficult problems in the treatment of deep landfill. In view of the situation that the subgrade of an expressway passes through a deep landfill, the treatment depth is large, the post construction settlement is small Prestressed concrete pipe pile with fast construction speed (PHC pile) technology is used to treat the foundation of landfill site; the subgrade monitoring system with sensors such as earth pressure, displacement, settlement and pore pressure is used to monitor the mechanical behavior of PHC pile and subgrade during and after construction. It is found that the thickness reaches 38.3m, the organic matter content is 5 ~ 22%, the natural unit weight is 13-17kn / m3, the compression modulus is 0.3-5mpa, and the cohesion The bearing capacity of soil between piles is close to 0, the bearing capacity of soil between piles is 90-110kpa, and after the corrosive landfill is treated with PHC piles, most of the load is borne by PHC piles, the pore water pressure dissipates in about 100 days, and the maximum settlement of subgrade is about 80mm. After 127 days of filling, the settlement of subgrade tends to be stable. This shows that PHC pile technology can significantly improve the foundation bearing capacity of deep landfill. The technology and the comprehensive treatment scheme of the whole process monitoring system can provide a reference for the treatment of deep landfill in the highway industry.
