长距离深槽大口径沉管运营期排水受力分析

    摘要:

    整体沉管施工是城市长距离引水工程中一种较为常见的施工方法,运营阶段的排水过程会引起管线结构受力变形的变化,为维修人员和管线带来一定的安全隐患。本文以南宁市邕江引水工程为依托,采用有限元分析方法研究了管线在排水过程中受力变形的变化。研究结果表明,管内水头高于管顶标高时,管中心未产生竖向位移,当管内水头降低至管顶标高时,管线开始出现上浮趋势。在内外水压作用下沉管管壁呈受压状态,且随着管内水压的降低管壁压应力有明显增加,排水过程中管线的应力满足设计要求。

    Abstract:

    Integral immersed pipe construction is commonly used in Long distance water diversion in the city. The drainage process in the operation phase will cause changes in the stress and deformation of the pipeline structure, which will have potential risk to maintenance personnel and the pipelines. In the background of the Yongjiang Water Diversion Project in Nanning City, the changes in the force and deformation of the pipeline during the drainage process have been studied. The result indicates that the pipe would not be floated until the water level was lower than the top of the pipe. The shell of pipe is under pressure by water, and the stress is increased on the shell of pipe with the water-pressure reduced obviously. The stress of the pipeline is satiated to design requirements in the drainage process.
