某连续箱梁桥底板裂缝检测评估及原因分析

    摘要:

    某桥为四跨预应力混凝土连续箱梁桥,主梁拆模后发现梁底出现大量裂缝。为查明裂缝出现的原因以及对桥梁的影响,对主梁进行了检测评估,并采用有限元软件进行了结构检算。检测结果表明:主要病害为箱室空腔下方底板存在横向及其他走向的裂缝,综合桥梁检测和检算结果分析可知,箱梁底板裂缝并非是由预应力损失而导致的梁体开裂,可能为在施工过程中由于养护措施不当、支架变形等因素引起的裂缝,对箱梁的结构使用性能影响不大,但会影响其的耐久性。对裂缝维修处治后,动静载试验结果表明,本桥受力状态良好,校验系数在规范允许范围之内,试验过程中未发现因加载而引起的新裂缝以及旧裂缝扩展。

    Abstract:

    A bridge is (25+31.6+29.8+29.8)m prestressed continuous box girder bridge,and it has been founded that number of cracks appeared at the bottom of the girder after the main girder formwork was removed. In order to find out the causes of the cracks, make clear the current stress state and function degradation of the box girder, analyze the impact of the cracks on the bridge, we tested and evaluated the main girder, and used the finite element software to check the structure.The test results show that: the main appearance disease is the transverse cracks under the cavity of the bottom plate box chamber.Based on the analysis of bridge detection and calculation results, the causes of box girder floor cracks are concrete shrinkage caused by improper construction measures in the construction process, not insufficient structural compressive stress reserve caused by prestress loss. This kind of cracks will not impact on the structural performance of box girder, but will affect the durability of box girder.
