    摘要:

    为了应对全国农村公路网较大体量的检测,提高低等级农村公路(三级公路及以下)检测的低成本、便捷性、易操作性,开发了一套基于3轴MEMS陀螺、3轮内置MEMS加速度计、双GNSS导航模块的低成本、高可靠性的低等级农村公路平整度检测原型系统。通过分析8000多公里农村公路沥青路面和水泥混凝土路面的检测数据,对于低等级农村公路,当路况较差时,执行单一的平整度检测即可通过数学模型较为可靠地得到路面使用性能评价结果,并提出了农村公路大范围路网检测的检测策略和方案,将RQI作为农村公路普遍检测指标,对路况较好的路段,在RQI检测的基础上进行PCI抽检,提高路面使用性能评价的准确性,从而保证良好的检测效果的同时降低农村公路的检测成本。

    Abstract:

    In order to cope with the large volume detection of the national rural road network and improve the low cost, convenience and operability of low-level rural detection, a low-cost and high-reliability prototype system for low-level rural road roughness detection is developed based 3-axis MEMS gyroscope, 3-wheel built-in MEMS accelerometer and dual GNSS navigation module. By analyzing the detection data of asphalt pavement and cement concrete pavement of more than 8,000 km rural highways, for low-grade rural highways, when the road condition is poor, a single flatness detection can be carried out to obtain the pavement performance evaluation results more reliably by mathematical model, and the detection strategy and scheme of large-scale road network detection of rural highways are proposed. RQI is used as a general detection index of rural highways. For sections with better road conditions, PCI sampling is carried out on the basis of RQI detection to improve the accuracy of pavement performance evaluation, so as to ensure good detection results and reduce the detection cost of rural highways.
