    摘要:

    预应力混凝土管桩是一种采用挤土或半挤土的桩基形式,具有施工速度快、承载力高、质量可靠、现场施工简洁等优点。但大量的工程实例表明,若对管桩的应用条件认识不足,对其处理措施不当,很有可能发生工程质量问题。尤其是沿海地区使用时,遇到淤泥质土层较厚时,若在桩基施工和基坑土方开挖过程中不采取有效措施,将可能造成管桩偏位、断桩等质量事故。文章以舟山市某市政项目为研究背景,分析管桩偏位或断裂的控制方法,为淤泥质土层下预应力管桩施工提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    215/5000 The prestressed concrete pipe pile is a kind of pile foundation with extruded or semi-extruded soil, which has the advantages of fast construction speed, high bearing capacity, reliable quality and simple site construction. However, a large number of engineering examples show that if the application conditions of pipe pile are not well understood and the treatment measures are not proper, engineering quality problems are likely to occur. Especially when used in coastal areas, if the thick silt soil layer is encountered, if effective measures are not taken in the process of pile construction and foundation earthwork excavation, pipe pile deviation, broken pile and other quality accidents may be caused. Taking a municipal project in Zhoushan city as the research background, this paper analyzes the control method of pipe pile deviation or fracture, and provides reference for the construction of prestressed pipe pile under silt soil layer.
