    本文结合深圳恒大中心基坑支护工程,对超深超硬地下连续墙进行了深入的研究,并探讨了超深超硬地下连续墙成槽施工过程中的关键技术。项目施工中,采用了适合超深超硬地质的旋-抓-铣成槽施工工艺,研发出特殊引孔方法可以有效控制成槽垂直度,克服了超深超硬地下连续墙施工效率低、成槽垂直度差的关键难题,相关的成槽技术可为超深超硬入岩地下连续墙成槽施工提供参考。

    Abstract:

    We studied the ultra-deep and ultra-hard underground diaphragm wall in conjunction with the foundation pit support project of Shenzhen Evergrande Center in this paper, and analyzed the key technologies in the process of slotting the ultra-deep and ultra-hard underground diaphragm wall. During the construction process, the construction technology of rotating-gripping-milling trenching suitable for super-deep and super-hard geology was adopted, and a special pilot hole method was developed to effectively control the perpendicularity of trenching, which overcame the key problems of low construction efficiency and poor verticality of trenching for super-deep and super-hard underground diaphragm walls. The relevant trenching technology can provide reference for the construction of underground diaphragm wall with ultra-deep and super-hard rock penetration.
