SIn the past, we paid more attention to the safe passage of single factors of motor vehicles, non motor vehicles and pedestrians at urban road intersections, but few researches on the mutual traffic safety problems and the improvement of relevant traffic safety facilities. Combined with practical experience, this paper sorts, analyzes and summarizes some safe traffic problems of grade intersections under normal signal control, and studies and puts forward some countermeasures and schemes to improve and enhance traffic safety facilities.
