    摘要:

    基于国内污泥干化焚烧项目实际运行经验,结合青浦污泥特性,围绕生产安全、运行稳定、经济合理、环境友好等亟待解决的问题,从生产组织及物流人员交通的合理性、环境治理的可控性、近远期项目运行建设的协调性、污泥输送的可靠性、干化设备运行稳定性及检修便利性、烟气净化工艺先进性、臭气控制治理综合性等方面,优化总平布局、污泥输送方式、干化机选型、烟气净化工艺确定,以及臭气综合治理方案。

    Abstract:

    Based on actual operating experience of the domestic sludge drying and incineration project, combined with the characteristics of sewage sludge in Qingpu District, Shanghai, the optimization of operation safety and stability, economic rationality, environmental friendliness and other urgent problems to be solved was proposed. The general layout, sludge transportation, sludge drying equipment selection, flue gas purification process, and comprehensive control of odorous gas, were optimized, considering the rationality of production organization and logistics personnel traffic, and environmental governance controllability, coordination of short- and long-term project operation and construction, reliability of sludge transportation, operation stability of drying equipment and convenience for maintenance, advanced flue gas purification technology, comprehensive odor control and treatment, etc..
