Abstract：With the rapid development of urbanization in China, urban road planning and construction focus on the "discharge of congestion and smoothness" of motor vehicles while ignoring the disadvantages of slow-moving systems, especially the construction of pedestrian spaces. This article expounds the design concept of complete streets from the perspectives of "people-oriented" and "refined design", combined with engineering examples, further analyzes the problems and countermeasures in the three aspects of roads, landscapes, and buildings, in order to guide the construction of urban streets Provides meaningful principles and design methods.
