Abstract:With the acceleration process of urbanization in Nanjing, more and more attention has been paid to uban planning and layout, especially the remaining underground space that has not been utilized. In view of the reasonable planning of the management and maintenance center for the construction of the void layer in Nanjing Huimin road tunnel project, the reasonable planning of rooms with different functional attributes of the management and maintenance center is analyzed and evaluated with the help of analytic hierarchy process and comprehensive index method. According to the results of reasonable planning of the management and maintenance center, the reasonable planning advice is obtained. It provides a useful reference for the spatial planning of similar projects.
